4 tablespoons of tarhana
5 cups of water

1 tablespoon of butter

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste


1 .Combine the tarhana and cup of warm water in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
(leave for about 10 minutes, or until it gets thoroughly dissoleved.

2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over med heat.Add the tomato paste and butter thencook for 1-2 minutes, while stirring.
3. Pour the mixture(prepared before) and
4 cups of hot water.(at this stage, you can use chicken stock for better result.)
4. Bring to a boil over medium heat,strring constantly. After Start to boil reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for 2-3 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
